I have just unpacked from an exciting week at the National AACC Conference in Nashville TN. It was great to meet new people and share the passions of so many!
I have been attending this conference for the past 6 years. Not only do I love Nashville but I also love learning more ways to minister to the hurting, checking out the new resources and meeting new people. And this year was no different. I was also able to bring 2 of my besties from high school along with me to help this year. I was very glad they were there. Thank you Beth & Julie for all your help and support over the last week.
If the conference was not great enough, I was excited to unveil my new curriculum rewrite of The Journey. I am glad to tell you it was received very well and many are preparing to bring this great program to their communities this fall. I also introduced my three new Games With Purpose; All Twisted Up, Double Trouble and Connex Blocks. I was not prepared for the overwhelming response. I was sold out within the first day and took orders for the remaining 3 days. At times I had lines 6 to 7 people thick waiting to place their orders. By the end of the conference I am excited to share that I sold over 200 games! Needless to say, I have called in recruits and will be in massive production all week. This is so exciting and an overwhelming response to prayers seeking direction from God as to where He wanted this ministry to go. He remains to be faithful when we seek His face. I am feeling very blessed as I am writing this.

I will be attending 2 more conferences this month; Association of Play Therapy and The Blended Family Summit. It is set out to be quite an exciting month. Please keep me in your prayers as I travel and pray that I can get these great tools into the hands of people who can use them to bring healing through the pain of grief and divorce.
